The East Tawakoni Economic Development Corporation members are currently soliciting sponsors. The proceeds from sponsorships, donations, and registrations for the race will be used in conjunction with a 50/50 match grant from Texas Parks & Wildlife (TP&W) for renovating East Tawakoni’s Parks & Recreation areas. TP&W will match every dollar you give through sponsorships or donations.
Our goal is to raise $80,000 - $40,000 plus $40,000 grant money.
