It is the property owner’s responsibility to keep the easement in front of their property clean, mowed, and free of weeds and low hanging tree branches which might hinder the traffic flow. Please help keep our city beautiful.
BUILDING PERMITS are required for many different types of constructions. Please check with City Hall prior to starting any type of improvement to your property to see if it requires a permit. Bring plans to City Hall for a permit 10 business days prior to starting the job. (Fees are subject to change)
ALL VEHICLES must be inspected and licensed. If not, vehicles must be covered with an official car cover.
CODE ENFORCEMENT works very hard to keep our city clean. Please abstain from keeping junk vehicles, boats, etc. in your yard.
WATER & SEWER AGREEMENT FORM This form can be downloaded and printed, then returned to City Hall for processing. Follow this link to the 2019 Water & Sewer Service Agreement.

Water Bill paid by cash, money order, or bank draft ONLY. Bank draft forms available at City Hall. NO CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED.
GARAGE SALE PERMITS are required at no cost.Three a year are allowed for three consecutive days. No signs are to be posted on utility poles or street signs. A Citation of $25.00 will be issued if signs are not removed within 24 hours.
